Quick Start Guide: QR Pet Recovery Tag Setup

Download and Installation:

Android:

1. Open Google Play Store or visit the Google Play store on your mobile web browser.
2. Search for "Canvas Cowboy Pet Tracker".
3. Select and install the app.

iOS:

1. Open the App Store app on your iPhone or iPad.
2. Search for "Canvas Cowboy Pet Tracker" and tap 'Get' to install. The app is free.

App Permissions:

• Camera & Storage: To upload pictures of your pets.
• Location: To locate your pet using the app.

Registration Process:

1. Open the app and tap 'Let's Go' on the welcome screen.
2. Tap 'Sign Up', enter your email, and confirm your password.
3. Tap 'Get Started' to complete registration.

Adding a QR Pet Recovery Tag:

1. Tap 'Add Tag' on the home screen.
2. Tap 'Scan', allow camera access, and scan your Pet Recovery Tag's QR code.
3. On the 'Tag Details' screen, add your pet's photo and details (name, contact number, address).
4. Tap 'Save Tag'.

Editing a QR Pet Recovery Tag:

1. Swipe left on your tag and tap 'Edit'.
2. Update the details and tap 'Update'.

Deleting a QR Pet Recovery Tag:

1. Swipe left on your tag and tap 'Delete'.
2. Confirm deletion on the next screen.

Notifications and Alerts:

• Receive email and push notifications when your tag is scanned.
• Access notifications by tapping the 'Paw Print' on the home screen or the 'Menu' button, then 'Notifications'.
• View the location of your pet on the 'Pet Alert' screen if the finder shares it.
